A Mormon Tabernacle Choir Concert for One
JUST WHEN WE THINK WE HAVE LOST ALL HOPE IN THE PEOPLE OF OUR
This is about the Mormon Tabernacle Choir on tour in Memphis, Tennessee. At St. Jude’s Hospital, a ten year old girl had been admitted with an aggressive form of brain cancer and had her first chemo treatment, which made it so she shouldn’t be in crowds and couldn’t attend the Choir’s concert as she had hoped.
The family sent a request asking that some of the choir members, maybe, could meet the young girl at a hotel lobby.
See what happened, when the little family, so distraught with their daughter’s cancer, walked into the lobby!
A great gesture by the Mormon Tabernacle Choir, I’d say.
Couple this with grateful parents and sick daughter and you have a great example of Christmas spirit.
