Bad news on TV. Bad news in the newspapers. Bad news on the internet and on the radio, too.

And the tone is so shrill!  People talking over one another – often shouting at each other.

And the video scenes are so violent, aren’t they – protests, terror attacks, crime scenes, accident scenes, etc.

And then there’s so many violent or sexually explicit shows.

They aren’t what you really want to see, or have your kids see as you watch are they.

So turn off the bad stuff and come on along and be refreshed.
