Present Perfect – Preschool in a Nursing Home
Update – Release is in sight!
Here’s a preview of a project to launch a full length documentary about the idea of housing preschool in nursing home.
The project is produced and directed by Ms. Evan Briggs.
The goal is to raise enough funds to complete production of the film this summer (2015).
I found the post titled Present Perfect on Faithtap.com, a family friendly website.
FaithTap presents a variety of content both spiritual and secular but all worth your time.
Check it out!

The project was Kickstarter funded and has completed filming. It is currently in post production and expected to be released this year (2017). Here is the YouTube Trailer with over 4 million views. That’s really encouraging.
At Providence Mount St. Vincent in Seattle, there are more than 400 residents. Statistics show that in the next 25 years the amount of senior citizens will double. What a brilliant idea to incorporate young people to make friendships with the older creating friendships and learning lessons they would get nowhere else. The beautiful clip showing the pure joy on the faces of both the young and old show what a perfect environment it is for both. Their interaction is absolutely precious and we hope this idea can spread across our country. The impact of it can likely be more far reaching than we could ever imagine!
The brief glimpse in the video sure seems to demonstrate how great an idea like combining preschools with nursing homes can be for young and old alike.
I’d like to see the whole finished film.

Thanks.
I appreciate it.
Sounds like a great idea. I hope they do here in New York, too.
