Travel Alberta (remember to breathe) – Part 2 of Summer Vacation Series
Travel Alberta (remember to breathe) is back for an encore just in time for your last minute vacation planning.
One of my most popular posts and for good reason.
Enjoy this masterpiece of video composition and filming!
I first found an Alberta, Canada travel video in August 2014 and I wrote a blog post about it and presented the “Original” video that had 2 million views back then. It has many more now.
There are now many more excellent videos as well as a YouTube playlist which incorporates and plays continuously over 20 short topical clips as well as an updated Travel Alberta (Remember to Breathe) video.
Find them here at Travel Alberta YouTube Channel.
I can’t think of a better way to get a wonderfully presented view of a destination area that is close enough to home for a lot of Americans to drive there and have a wonderful vacation with a mix of culture, outdoor activity and interests for all ages.
Last Year’s blog post included theses words:
I have seen a lot of travel videos from tour promos to cultural or educational or historical places and from animals to flowers and landscapes.
Some are poorly filmed and don’t really get the intended message across. Others have quality filming but don’t capture the essence of the place. You might say these are just pictures (moving, of course) but they are not “art”. They don’t reveal the soul of the place. Still others are well filmed but poorly edited. They don’t tie varying scenes into a coherent whole.
Well, friends, Travel Alberta (remember to breathe) has done all things well. In fact, the producers and crews have now done dozens of short videos about Alberta. There are seasonal videos that follow the changing outdoor face of Alberta during the course of the year. There are topical videos such as horseback riding, skiing, water activities and others.
So today take a look at (remember to breathe) – Travel Alberta, Canada.
Well, did I overstate my build up of this video?
I am not the only one who thinks it’s terrific- it was voted Best Tourism Video in the World for 2012.
Etc.
