Intro

Can you name 17 famous celebrities who love Jesus Christ and who don’t shirk from saying so?

I couldn’t.

But I wanted to be able to do it.

I wanted to be able to name dozens or hundreds of famous people who are solid Christians.

Why, you ask?

It is because I believe there are tons of well known celebrities who are Christians and that we would be surprised and encouraged to know about them.

I don’t pretend to evaluate the words spoken by these famous celebrities. That’s between them and God.

I am encouraged that these people have spoken publicly about their Christian faith when doing so may adversely affect their careers in an increasingly secular humanistic, even hostile toward Christianity culture.

I know there are more and I will endeavor to find them and present them to you as an encouragement.

We are not alone and if they can speak identifying themselves as Christians, risking their careers, we can (read that “should”) be willing to identify ourselves at the appropriate times too.
