I was fascinated to find this but even more fascinated to do a little research on B. J. Novak

The book is designed for parents to read to their young children and that is why I put it in my “Family” category.

He is known for being a writer and co-executive producer of The Office, in which he also played Ryan Howard, as well as appearing in Inglourious Basterds, Saving Mr. Banks, and The Amazing Spider-Man 2.

He just doesn’t seem to fit my idea of a children’s book author.

But why not?

I guess I just had him “type cast” as Ryan Howard, the intern, on The Office TV show.

That proves “You shouldn’t judge a book by its cover”- especially one with no pictures!

Etc.
